FOURTH DIMENTION is called Turiya, but... it is not Impersonal
Krsna in Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 11, in 'Uddhava gita' presents to his friend Uddhava such information. More precisely He is talking about our external, walking, material consciousness also as a dream. We can understand this idea as somehting which has no reality, imagined, something artificial. The sastras, saintly texts explain it as an illusion, although in some sense true and actual, substantial.
Here our 5 Gross Senses are constantly active: Smell (Earth element) , Taste (Water element), Form (Fire element), Touch (Air element), Sound (Ether element).
Going further we have more subtle elements like the Mind, and False Ego (identification with material body) usually unknown to us, therefore here it is called 'Unconscious Mind', because we usually are not very aware of this, we are 'sleepy' in this matter. We will not go deeper into this topic which is very broad, what interests us is the idea of the fact that this all exists and even more, there is also further state called 'Silence' here. When we think deeper about the meaning of such silence, we can recognize that we are constantly busy with something external (gross) or internal (subtle) within our minds - constantly thinking, thinking and thinking about so many things. So where is the silence there? No Silence at all. The point of 'Fourth Dimention' is in complete silence, but not impersonal but personal, and the saintly texts are teaching us how to engage - transfer our gross senses or activities and subtle mind and thoughts into a Spiritual Free Will connected with the Supreme Spirit, the Lord. This is real freedom, to allow our consciousness to be guided by the Supreme Will, which will very soon bring us to the Transcendental Realm where everything is completely Blissfull which means full of love we always seek. This love is spread among everything and everyone and mostly touches the Supremely Blissful Divine Couple Sri Sri Radha Krsna. So that is the goal for each and every living entity, no matter if he or she is conscious of it or in dreaming state...
